| Alpicam and Grumcam are responsible for the Alpicam Group’s forestry operations. Since the mid 1980s, the Italian group has opted to maintain a direct presence in order to guarantee a supply of the raw materials it needs. The two forestry companies Alpicam and Grumcam operate on African government concessions extending over more than 500,000 hectares and employ 700 workers at the two plants in Mindourou and Kika. Each site is equipped for forest work and for initial conversion of the logs. |
