Alpi spa privacy notice pursuant to art. 13 of Italian legislative decree 196/03.
Dear Customer,
We wish to inform you that Alpi spa will use your personal data in compliance with the fundamental principles established by:

. the 95/46/EC directive of the European Parliament on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data;
. the 97/66/EC directive on the protection of privacy in the telecommunications sector;
. the 97/07/EC directive and the Italian legislative decree no. 185/99 on the protection of consumers in distance contracts;
. the 00/31/EC directive on electronic commerce;
. the Italian legislative decree no. 196 of 30th June 2003 "Code for the protection of personal data";
. the Italian legislative decree no. 70/2003 on electronic commerce.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING OPERATIONS AND THEIR OBJECTIVES

All the operations we perform involving the collection, preservation or processing of your personal data and the objectives pursued through each of these activities are summarised below:
a. collection and preservation of your personal data to allow Alpi spa to use your personal profile for providing technical updates on products and news;
b. sending out of samples and informative material by post and transmission of newsletters;
c. collection, preservation and processing of your personal data for administrative and accounting purposes, including the transmission of invoices by e-mail.
Your personal data will under no circumstances be disclosed to third parties.

PROCESSING PROCEDURE

Your personal data will be processed using automated and/or manual procedures by personnel requiring your personal data for the direct or indirect execution of the above activities. In any case, your personal data will always be processed using appropriate methods to guarantee security and confidentiality.

FREEDOM TO GRANT CONSENT AND CONSEQUENCES OF WITHHOLDING CONSENT

Your consent is required to enable us to process the personal data you have submitted for the purposes stated in points (a) and (b) above. If your consent is withheld, we will be unable to provide you with the requested services.

DATA CONTROLLER AND DATA SUPERVISOR

The data controller is Alpi S.p.A., with registered office in Modigliana FC Viale della Repubblica, 34. Any disputes pursuant to art. 7 of the Italian legislative decree 196/03 should be addressed to Alpi spa, Viale della Repubblica, 34, 47015 Modigliana FC - Privacy Supervisor. Upon explicit request, Alpi s.p.a. will provide you with a detailed list of the people nominated as data supervisors and of the third parties to whom your personal data may be disclosed.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

Art. 7 of Italian legislative decree 196/03 (Rights of the interested party)
1. In relation to personal data processing, the interested party is entitled to receive confirmation regarding the existence of personal data regarding him/her, even if such data have not yet been recorded, and to be sent these data in a comprehensible form.
2. The interested party is entitled to information on:
. origin of the data;
. the purposes of data processing;
. the rationale behind data processing;
. identification details of the Data Controller and Data Supervisors;
. identification details of the third parties to whom personal data may be disclosed.
3. The interested party is also entitled to request:
. that the collected data be updated, corrected or integrated;
. that unlawfully processed data be deleted, transformed into anonymous form or blocked, including data that do not need to be preserved for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
. certification that the parties to whom such personal data have been communicated or disclosed have been informed about the operations under the above points, unless this operation proves impossible or requires the use of resources that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected rights.
4. The interested party is also entitled to oppose, totally or partially:
. the processing of his/her personal data for valid reasons, even if such data are relevant to the purpose of collection;
. the processing of his/her personal data for the transmission of advertising material.
