ALPI e le Front per The Wallpaper* Hotel
On the occasion of Fuori Salone 2016, ALPI has taken part to The Wallpaper* Hotel, fifth edition of Wallpaper* Handmade, the event organized by the renowned magazine, with the Grid umbrella stand: an elegant one-off whose outer surfaces are clad in the new ALPI veneer of the same name designed by Front, crafted by cabinetmaker Giordano Viganò, standing out for its dual volume, with zones for traditional and folding umbrellas. Grid Wood, a news of the 2016 Designer Collection, is based on an antique pattern with a reticular structure, applying four types of wood of different colors joined by the traditional inlay technique to create the illusion of an irregular surface of different depths.
