ALPI flies to China to take part in Design Shanghai, the fair held at the Shanghai Exhibition Center, to present the latest new developments in terms of products and wood collections. The leading international event in Asia for the design world, Design Shanghai opens up new opportunities by providing a platform of interaction with architects, interior designers and sector professionals. ALPI participates for the first time at this prestigious event – focusing on the productive synergy between western and eastern design – in a perspective of increased consolidation of the company’s territorial networking. Thanks to its effective ability to create original wood patterns through a fascinating and advanced technological production process, and its extensive experience in the world of woodworking, ALPI takes the new ideal the Italian habitat into international settings. ALPI woods have great appeal for the Chinese market, with its growing appreciation of the virtues of Made in Italy, including painstaking attention to detail and fine craftsmanship. Characteristics that have always set ALPI apart, combined with the ability to respond to the specific requirements of a highly diversified clientele, reaching maximum expression in the creation of custom products for the world of design. The company will be exhibiting ALPIlignum, the core and symbol of the ALPI universe, the finest result of the firm’s R&D activities and a perfect blend of technological innovation and craftsmanship. Together with ALPIlignum, the protagonists at the event are the new collections of ALPI patterns created by Piero Lissoni and GamFratesi, and the reissue by Atelier Mendini with Alex Mocika. Unique, exclusive collections in terms of forms and colors, warm and tactile, in the creation of wood with natural grain or innovative, dynamic graphic designs. ALPI will also present the ALPI-On collection of finished panels, and the new ALPIkord collection, reflecting the company’s intense path of innovative research aimed at offering the market new design ideas and stimuli.
