Alpi continues collaboration with Sanlorenzo, one of the world's biggest builders of yachts and superyachts. This time, Alpi wood veneers feature in the interiors of the 29-metre SD96 model. Yachts in the SD fleet are inspired by the lines of 1930s transatlantic steamers. They repropose a precise concept of elegance that immediately brings to mind the memory of boats belonging to our imagination. The refinement of the yacht's external lines continues inside, with interiors designed for transformability. The SD96 can evolve and adapt continuously to conform to the wishes of her owners. Each space is distinguished by textural qualities and meticulous attention to detail, making the interiors welcoming, sophisticated and contemporary.
The Chocolate range from the Alpi Wood Collection is a perfect choice for this design. Veneers in the rich browns of chocolate give the interiors a feeling of warmth. Having sumptuous textures, these expressive woods seem to envelop the space. Different shades of American Walnut were chosen for the wall-panelling and doors of the salon on the main deck, owner's cabin, bathroom cabinets, and the lounge area on the lower deck, which turns into a double cabin. The use of these woods creates a sense of continuity and unity between the different zones.
