Sanlorenzo SX112 | Design by Piero Lissoni

Alpi wood veneer is again on board of Sanlorenzo yachts. The interiors of the innovative model SX112 were designed by Piero Lissoni.
This "crossover yacht" with light, elegant lines is an unprecedented type of vessel that offers passengers a direct relationship with the marine environment. Barriers on board have been eliminated to allow for an intensified experience of living on the sea.
Piero Lissoni has given optimal expression to such undreamed-of spatial freedom. The yacht's striking focal point is a sculptural spiral staircase that connects the three decks. The steps are made of Alpi wood Xilo 2.0 Striped XL Grey, a veneer in the Designer Collection curated by Lissoni. The main deck is an open-plan space running from stern to bow, a new interpretation of the boat experience, where Alpi wood Xilo 2.0 Striped XL Grey is used for the wall panelling and fixed furniture.
Alpi wood Xilo 2.0 Striped XL Grey covers the bedroom and gymnasium's walls, doors and fixed furniture, becoming a theme that links the yacht's interior settings with great refinement. The veneer's personality is rooted in the perfect intensity of nature itself. Alpi Xilo 2.0 is an example of the visual sophistication contributed by Piero Lissoni to the company's research and development of exclusive veining patterns that celebrate the vibrancy of wood. The yacht's interior marries chicness to simplicity, creating a space characterised by muted, neutral colours for a warm atmosphere with a domestic feel.
