Sicam 2017
10th – 13th October 2017
Hall 2 Booth A38
Pordenone, Italy
The story of the expressive languages of the new ALPI 2017 wood collections, presented at FuoriSalone in Milano the past April, continues at Sicam defining an unique and original concept in which different atmospheres can coexist: evocative, warm and tactile in the reproductions of wood, innovative, visual and dynamic in the graphic designs. Result of the expertise and a passion for aesthetic research on wooden materials, the new collection designed by Kengo Kuma, Fratelli Campana and Piero Lissoni, redefine the intrinsic characteristics and offer various new materic effects inspired both by the world of nature and by the world of design par excellence. Alongside with the latest novelties, ALPI will show also the new ALPI Sottsass collection: re-edition of an original pattern realized by Ettore Sottsass in the 80’ and now proposed in the ALPI catalogue in the four colors chosen by himself: red, orange, brown and grey. ALPI continues its tradition in the creation of exclusive wood patterns through a fascinating and advanced production process, where pure innovation blends with meticulous tailor-made craftsmanship, enhancing the design freedom and aesthetic impact of a living material like wood.
