ALPI takes part in the Turin edition of Architect @ Work – one of the main events in Europe for architects, designers and professionals - to present the company's products and collection novelties.
The new ALPI collections explore the natural environment, going beyond the identity of wood. A unique and original path, in collaboration with very different international designers. On the one hand, Piero Lissoni has investigated the possible expressions that natural wood, like that of cherry, can have, reinterpreting and emphasizing them; on the other hand, Martino Gamper wanted to create a new essence that does not exist in nature to push the boundaries of experimentation even further, giving life to the wood "Gamperana Triplex".
Alongside these innovations, ALPI presents several innovative products that combine technology and creativity. From the polychrome points of the re-edition of the first wood made by ALPI for Atelier Mendini in 1991, Pointillisme COL and B / N by Atelier Mendini with Alex Mocika, to the charm of the clouds transformed into graphic signs in the Cloudy wood by GamFratesi, up to the famous wood ALPI Sottsass Red by the designer Ettore Sottsass. Important collaborations and projects that become expressions of ALPI's deep design and industrial culture.
